    Hey Brandi!

it's so wonderful to hear from you! the weather here is somewhat wet( always is att his time of the year). But the x-mas spirit is so alive here there's so much excitment all arouns.
As for me and my weight loss goals all isn't really well... I developed a knee pain this is having a toll on my motivation.

below is the nature of my situation...

For the Past 2 weeks I slowly started feeling pain in my knees about 24hrs after exercising especially while going up or down the stairs, or while Squatting. The pain in the left knee is mild, but the right knee hurts seriously when I do the above 2 movements, I also feel like there is some kind of mass or weight around the right knee(I feel nothing during exercise, all this comes after).

I believe I should also mention that about 20 years ago I got a patellar dislocation in the right knee (Patella went back in place by itself immediately after). I got home treatment, and was ok in about 2 weeks after this and never bothered with medical check up.

I had my right knee checked yesterday and the x- ray results came back intact. The doctor conclusion is that the pain was triggered by sudden physical activity that my body wasn't used to and recommended I cut down my sessions to the gym to only 2 a week and even then do very basic exercises, and instead resort to walking more, and increase intensity and frequency slowly. He also recommended 10 physio sessions and some anti- inflammatory medication.

I must confess that the knee pain has had it's toll on my motivation, the thought of being in pain a day after workout, not having proper balance while walking, and an overall distorted day at work is making me less enthusiastic about exercise.

Will apreciate any helful tips to fix this challenge! xoxo. Dee
