I live in a historic area in downtown Indianapolis. It is a beautiful clean city with many things going on. Of course, the biggest is the Indianapolis Colts. The new Lucas Oil Colts stadium is massive and gorgeous.

I am very exciting about the Spark website. It is so filled with positive energy and encouragement. Most of my life, I weighed in normal range, but weight was always a big thing in my family of origin. When aunts and uncles would greet you, it usually started out with some comment about your weight – positive and negative. So I have always felt fat whether I weight 85, 110, 130, 150 or my present weight of 232.
In 1997, I walked in the Indianapolis 500 Mini-Marathon in the good time of 3 hours and 28 minutes (15 minute mile) and weighed around 160. I continue to walk daily after the race. I worked at UPS (the hub is 23 acres under roof so I got exercise there, too).
My weigh started to creep up when I took early retirement in 2001. I started to feel real funny when I walked, I couldn’t figure out why I was feeling this way. Tests that the Doctor ran came up with nothing, but my activity level decrease more and more. In 2004, a huge hemotoma (massive blood clot) was found in my uterus. The Doctor removed it. There was no explanation of what caused it, but since then I have not been feeling right. My energy level reached a point that I got tire getting out of the car and walking up to the door of my home. I went back to the Doctor because I thought I was having heart problems because it runs in my family. Instead, the tests showed that my iron count was so low that I needed blood transfusions. Somehow, I think all of this is related. The iron supplements did help raise my energy level and outlook on life, but I am still not up to par. In December, I went to a Functional Doctor because my energy levels are still main concern. I haven’t been successful exercising or healthy eating in recent years is because my energy level just fizzles. I believe that either I am deficient in some kind of vitamins/nutrients or have toxins in my body that are draining my energy. I am waiting the results of the blood tests. My Doctor says it may take 2 years to get me back to Functional level, but in the meantime I am going to lay the groundwork to be successful in creating a new vibrant ME!!!
I am finishing Month #2 on y Goal to Becoming a Vibrant Me! This is my second attempt at this. The first time I only had half the answer. Now I think I have the second part. I have been going to a Maximized Living Chirpractor for 2 months and there are noticably difference. I was carry an extra 30 pounds on one side of my body. I and down to 18 lbs difference. Overall my weigh has dropped 13 lbs and my shoulder used to be slanted or now about even. I can now sleep on my back. It is taking some time to get use to. Last Saturday, I start T3 exercises. My energy level is up. I am on my way....
