I have been on SparkPeople since March 2007.

My Word for 2018 and it’s meaning:

Accountable: subject to the obligation to report, explain, or justify something; responsible; answerable.

Accountability: the state of being accountable, liable, or answerable.

I chose this word because I have let life, emotions, work and family obligations take precedence over my health and well-being. I feel at times that life is passing me by and I’m standing still afraid to move or change.

Check-in with the teams I am on at least 3x per week.
