Somewhere, somebody in a worse situation than you is getting it in!

Go hard or go home! That's my motto. I'm a full time wife, mother, employee and superhero. I'm determined to make all my dreams come true and dedicated to making it happen.

My primary goals are to bring my weight to the lower range of an acceptable weight for my height and set an excellent example for my son of making things happen. I would like to get down to 140 pounds which means I have 30 lbs to shed. I want to lead a healthy lifestyle and look good and feel good.

Most of all I want my son to believe me when I tell him he can do anything he puts his mind too. I promise to always lead by example and show him that I too can do anything with God's will and the power of me. I want him to see that the impossible is possible no matter what anyone tells you or believes about you. I want him to know that he can't sit around giving excuses...he has the power to make his life what he wants it to be.

- 1200 calorie diet high in protein and low in fat.
