Introduction Text Time to get serious. No more procrastinating.

My goal is to lose 1 lb every 96 hrs or 4 days. 6/22/17 - 211 lbs (night clothes)

1500 calories limit per day. ----------------------------- 300 cal breakfast at 4:30am 100 cal fruit snack at 8:00am 400 cal lunch at 11:30am 100 cal fruit snack at 1:30pm 400 cal dinner at 5:30pm 200 cal snack at 8:00 -------- - Nothing to eat after 8:30 pm. - Sleep between 9:00pm and 4:00am when schedule permits. - 1 hr nap is permitted on non work days. - Walk 1 mile on treadmill at 4:00am - Walk 1 mile on treadmill at 4:30pm



-College degree -BSBA with minor in HR Yet, a mere truck driver.
