Hi! My name is Debbie...if you couldn't tell that already! Lol! I'm 25 years old and have been overweight my whole life. I've tried many times in the past to lose weight, but always go back to my old ways. I'm hoping this community will help me to keep at it! Browse around or SparkMail me to get to know me better. Fitness Minutes: 471

My Goals:
I need to lose A LOT of weight. I'm comfortable with who I am, but at this point in my life it's about becoming more healthy.


My Program:
I actually like going to the gym. So my goal is to go to the gym at least 4 times a week (although I'm going to try for 6). Strngth-training and cardio are what I will be doing.



Personal Information:
Hi....agian! :) I live in a small town in western NY, near Rochester. I love to travel and have been everywhere from Canada to the Ukraine to Honduras (I lived in Honduras for almost a year actually). I'm also a born-again believer in Jesus Christ and try to live for Him in everything I do. I love to teach and am currently going to school to get my masters in Special Education. I can't really think of anything else to say right now! Lol! SparkMail me if you want to know more! :)

    Hey! Thanks for stopping by. I've been doing okay...my original plan of just cutting back isn't yielding the results I hoped for so I'm trying this week to cut more out. Went to a family get together Saturday and did excellent. Had a plan and stuck to it. Normally I'd get the full size plate to hit up the dessert table but I was good and had one piece of cake only. haven't been exercising any to speak of so that's another area I need to start working on. Hope you car is back up and running soon - that's no fun!

    Happy Tuesday to you! I started back to class today and my boys were on a two hour delay for weather so it was kind of a crazy day. I made good choices for the most part although I ate my lunch while driving so I kind of don't remember eating - ever have that happen to you?

    I hear you on the ice cream. I like to buy the individual portions of Ben & Jerry's...even though they are not healthy for you, it's very satisfying and you know you won't overindulge.
