over 60, grandma of 9, trying to overcome some health issues and figure out exactly what it is I'd like to be doing with my life!

I have Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Graves' Disease, Restless Leg Syndrome, and chronic Insomnia. I had a complete replacement of my right hip joint in 2011; I now need a complete joint replacement of my right knee, which hopefully will happen within the next month or two. I also have anterior tibial tendonitis in my left foot, requiring me to wear a brace. All these things make exercise rather challenging sometimes, especially the last two!

My Goals:
Goals? We don't need no stinking goals.... Oh wait, maybe we do! Having vague generalizations of what I'd like to happen isn't really working for me, so..

I am going to lose (eventually) 100 lbs. and get back to a healthy weight..

I am going to learn how to incorporate exercise into every day, even if it's only 10 minutes.

I am going to seriously get into this goal setting stuff, so that I can be more organized and productive.

My Program:

I have been tracking my food here since I started; it's been very helpful.

I am committing to doing at least 10 minutes on the Wii every day. unfortunately, with my current knee/foot issues, there are a lot of things I just can't do on the Wii right now, which makes me sad.

Personal Information:
Moved back to OH in December, 2012 after living in Florida for 14 years. It was those 9 grandchildren....

Other Information:
I love to read, mostly science fiction/fantasy. I love drumming, drum circles, nature, herding dogs, belly dance, historical reenacting, organic food, Mother Earth, being green, all kinds of music.
