    Thank you for the kind words! I think if I keep a positive attitude through it all, I have a better chance of staying successful! And your comments ring true. A guy I work with told me today I should wait until after the holidays to try to lose weight. I told him that everyone does that and usually fails by February! This isn't a New Years Resolution, it's changing an unhealthy lifestyle. emoticon
