I want my goal weight to be 155lbs! (DONE)!! Want to workout & learn to eat smart!!

3/16/08: o.k. as of today I HAVE REACHED MY GOAL!!! I really have done better than I thought I would have. I feel great. My eating habits have changed dramatically. Now that I have reached my goal wt. I want to continue exercising & eating right & see if I continue to lose wt.
Also - I absolutely am obsessed with SP now!! It has been such a motivation for me - Being able to log my food has worked wonders for my eating habits.

3/19/08 - As of today, the scale showed 154 lbs. So, I am going to change my goal wt. to 150 lbs. I am 5' 8.5" & really don't know what my body wt. should be. I want to continue to lose wt. but, I don't want to get too crazy. Also, I am starting to lift heavier wt's.

3/31/08 - Joined Victoria's Secret Angels group for motivation - starting wt. 151.8 lbs!!! Let's see if I can drop 5 lbs. this month!!!!

4/01/08 - Ordered the ebook Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle. Can't wait to apply what I learn from the book to my diet & exercise routine!!! Even more, I can't wait to see the results!!!

4/3/08 - Reached 2nd goal wt!!! Current wt. 150.8 lbs!!! I have been getting up early & exercising hard & really trying to watch everything I put in my mouth!!! I love the results I am seeing!!! I will now set a new goal wt. of 145 lbs!!!

4/5/08 - Today I received my BF calipers!! WOOHOO!! So, here are the results using the Jackson/Pollock 4 Calliper Method (mm):

Abdominal (umbilicus): 14mm
Thigh: 12mm
Tricep: 20mm
Suprailiac: 10mm

Body Fat : 17.68
Lbs of body fat: 26.42
Lean body weight: 122.98

4/22/08 - My new measurements (went & had myself tested by a personal trainer!!!) - I AM SO EXCITED with my results!!!!!

Wt: 148.5 (dressed added the .3 lbs)
