    Just poppin in to see how ur doin. went through your blog and saw the killer program your friend gave you. looks great. Did u try it and how did it work? think i'll copy it and give it a go and let you know how it went.

    i've been so lazy with the holiday season being here and all. i might have undone all i have done this year, BUT even if i did not reach my goal weight this year, i've managed to get 1size smaller. for me thats a first.

    well I hope you will be giving it your all in 2010 and find the inner strenght to stay motivated and strong. That my wish for you for the new year.

    Hi Dayna

    I was just like you. I'd buy exercise dvd and all kinds of things but never use it cause I felt that I'd go through all this trouble and whats the use. But then i started walking.
    It was hard at first but it became easier and i started enjoying it. It give me time away from my hectic life, the babies, home cores and work. It became my Me Time and found that I had more energy and could handle all the stresses, which is my life, beter.

    I even went as far as getting a gym membership and working out in the gym is even better. I dont compair myself with anyone but work out my own routine, cause I cant afford a personal trainer at this stage.

    Its the feeling of accomplishment which keep me goining back. Nowing that I am doing something good for myself I feels so much beter about myself.

    Start small and build on it. Then challenge yourself to do a little more every time. Small things make a diffence in your attitude. Walking an extra half mile without feel faint, completing your usual route 5-10 min faster then what it usually take. All these things are small but personal signs that you are showing improvement and making progress.

    You are worth the efford and that should be the only motivation you need. As much as we do good things for others, we need to learn to do good things for ourself.

I was really impressed when you started out saying you knew this would take time and effort.
