    You're welcome! See you learned something new today! Hehe! Ok, to give one to someone, you just go to someone's sparkpage and there are links above where you post comments and 1 says "Give "so and so" a goodie" you click that link and another page will open and there are lots of goodies to choose from and you can add notes to them if you want, but you don't always have to. I just like to add notes when sending them though. :)

    Hi Dawn - I lost 25 pounds last year, then fell off the wagon and put 15 back on! I've already lost 5 pounds since the beginning of the year. I am pumped up because I am just tired of carrying all this fat around. It's stopping me from living my best life - so, yes, I am fired up. Cindy suggested that I become leader as a way to keep me accountable. So far it's working :)

    I hope all is well with you and that you can join us at one of our rallys. The next one is February 1st.

    Drink emoticon drink plenty of fluids emoticon emoticon emoticon hopefully the healthy kinds and limit the other kind....to add to your fun emoticon

    And add exercise to your to your weekend.....exercising can be fun emoticon the key is moving. Why don't you swing those hips and try some emoticon for a fun way of exercise!! emoticon
