My weight loss journey
My original journey with SparkPeople was a few years ago. I lost a total of 30 pounds then. I lost interest in exercising and watching what I eat because I wasn't making any progress. So I quit and deactivated my account. I got back into it and then quit again. I'm back yet again. Maybe this time I can make a real go at it and stay consistent.

Taking this in 10 pounds gone segments.
Lose 10 lbs- Check! Bought myself a new workout outfit.
Lose 20 lbs, I get a third piercing in my ears.
My Program:
Leslie Sansone walking videos. 3 mile super fat burning walk, 3 mile abs walking, and her 5 day video. Depending on my mood, I use one of those listed. When time permits I do the a.m. session for a beginner's yoga dvd. Majority of the time I do the p.m. session.
Personal Information:
I'm a stay at home mom to 5. I homeschool 4 of them, the oldest graduated in 2015! Married since December 1996.
