My ultimate goal is to feel and look better. I mean approximately I want to lose 50lbs but Im not one to look at numbers per say. Overall I want to tone up my gut etc.. and physically look very good but mainy Im doing this in order to maintain a healthier life style and to live longer and be able to be more physically active.

Mainly right now I have started off by cutting back on eating so much and doing ALOT more work outs and cardio stuff. I have been drinking alot more water but realizing quickly I need to also start eating a lot healthier then I do now.

Well my name as you know is Dave Hamilton, I am a soon to be 27 year old born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario. I am a graduate of both Mohawk College and Wilfrid Laurier University and am currently finishing up my second year as a police officer. Being a police officer has been my life long dream and I am loving every minute of it. That is also a big part of my fitness for safety at work as well as being physically fit while working shift work helps keep me going. Other then that I have a super supportive family and an amazing fiance Erika whom I am getting married to on May 22nd, 2010 (another reason to get fit).
