It's about self - improvement, about being better than you were the day before.

Nihao, My name is Sadie. I am in college studying Nutrition. Denise Austin is my hero/role model. I think she is amazing. I don't eat meat.

A year ago (July 2009) I started the Couch to 5K program, and like many other people, I have since then never stopped running. Currently I am training for the Dayton Air Force Marathon in September 2010. I never ever in my wildest dream thought I'd be training for a marathon. Sometimes we surprise ourselves.

My goals are to eat healthier, to tone my body, to be physically fit and to be an overall better me.

"Running is a big question mark that's there each and every day. It asks you, 'Are you going to be a wimp or are you going to be strong today?'"

"There's no elevator to success. You have to take the stairs"

"Obsessed is a word used by the lazy to describe the dedicated."

"YOU are worth it" - Denise Austin
