    Hey there!! I haven't been on spark most of the month!! Glad to see you are actually taking time for life. I am not sure how much longer you have in school but I know things will only get more hectic the further you go. Are you in your last year now?? Have fun in Cuba. I have always wanted to go there. Not much is going on wtih me. Just trying to get refocused and get more weight off.

    I'm glad to see you're doing so well, GREAT JOB! You will definitely inspire me to keep going with my weight loss this time.

    I just finished my last long year of school so I've come back to spark. It's been much easier to keep things under control. Luckily I haven't gained much since our days of SI6, maybe 3 pounds or so. I joined weight watchers and the WW group here, started a blog, the whole works!

    Anyway I look forward to hearing from you and about all your accomplishments :)
