1-5-1...My fall back weight. The weight I have been since high school. The weight I was before my breast reduction back in 07. The weight I am always excited to get away from when I lose weight. The number I always see when I gain the weight back. 1-5-1...the weight I can't seem to get away from for it is my current weight...again. I am 5'1 and 151 is too much weight for someone my height. I am so uncomfortable with being at this weight, the rolls, the jiggliness. For far too long I have wondered what the real me looks like...what I look like under all the fat. Summer is around the corner and with that comes trips to the beaches and time in a bathing suits, sundresses, and tank tops. I want to see the beauty and confidence that I know is in me, somewhere. I want to be able to look in the mirror and be happy instead of looking away in shame. My boyfriends loves me and accepts me for me and the way I look and says I am beautiful. It's time for me to feel the same way about myself. I know this is going to be hard work, but I am not going to give up this time. For there to be a change, I have to make it for myself. I have to do this for myself. I owe it too myself. I need to do this for myself.

My Goals:
I'm heading to Israel in five weeks and want to look, or be on my way to looking my best. I want to confidently wear a bathing suit on the beaches and wear shorts, skirts, and tank tops. I don't want to feel as though I have to hide what I look like.
My goals:
1. Lose the roles- I don't want my stomach rolling over my pants or shorts when I sit down
2. Lose the back fat- this is the thing I hate the most. I feel like I look like a wrestler.
3. Lose 31 pounds
4. Eat healthy-decrease the processed foods
5. Feel better about myself.

My Program:
I am going to decrease the amount of processed foods and sugars I consume. I am going to take a more natural approach and eat only what I make myself using fresh foods. I will allow myself the occasional slip-up. I have been heavily bloated and just have an overall feeling of blah. I am hoping this will go away with a healthier eating style.

Exercisewise- my goal is to start running 4-5x a week and complete the Jillian Michael's 30 day Challenge.

I was also considering starting out with a 3-Day Cleanse. Figured what better way to start out a healthy lifestyle than to rid my body of all the bad. This will especially be good considering the year I have had teaching kindergarten. This has been a rough class. It'll hopefully feel good to cleanse my body of all the bad and start new and fresh.
