Hi! How are you? Very happy tomorrow is Friday! I've had a good week. Been reading the articles here. That has really helped me. Especially when my thinking starts to wander! Always so nice when I've seen you have stopped by! Have a great weekend!😊

Hi! Thanks so much for your comment on my Sparkpage! I'm glad your venturing out to try non-meat alternatives, variety in the diet is a great thing! There's a few ones I like -- the Morning Star Original Sausage Patties I find super quick to make, and have a good flavor. Mild spicy, pretty savory. I have not tried their other (maple, hot&spicy) flavors of sausage patties. There's usually coupons for Morning Star products you can find if you sign up for Kellogg's emails since Morning Star is a Kellogg brand. (usually like $1 off 2 products or something). I also really like the Morning Star Buffalo Wings (if you like Buffalo sauce/flavor).

Gardein Classic Meatless Meatballs are also a favorite of mine -- I buy a couple whenever they're on sale. I made spaghetti and meatballs once with these, and my husband didn't even know that they were vegetarian!

Additionally, the Beyond Meat brand "Beyond Burger" is sooo savory and tastes just like a juicy beef burger. Its more expensive and isn't frozen -- its next to the fresh meat in the grocery store rather than the frozen foods aisle. They also make a Beyond Sausage that is great with eggs, peppers, onions, etc in some kind of breakfast scramble.

Hope that helps! Have a great week!
