My Goals:
**2018**

My goal is to restart my healthy lifestyle. I can't take what the scale says personally. I have to start going by how I feel and make that what counts. I've done this for 5 years and then fell off the wagon in the past 2 years. I need to get back in the game.

I truly want to feel super duper sexy, I want to walk around and never worry and/or care what others are thinking.

Goals:
*10 pounds (slowly and steady)*

*Gym at least 4 times per week, if I can't make it to the gym I must walk at least 5 times per week*

*Start with 30 days of yoga*

*No poop tea, do it on your own*

*At least 7 hours of sleep per night*

*No eating after 8:00pm*

*Go back to spinning at least 2 times per week*


My Program:
My Program is SPARK...monitor my food intake as well as my fitness minutes....!

Creating my own "Program" will eventually backfire, it doesn't work for me...leave well enough alone!

Once I find my DVR empty I know there is a problem, I've been sitting toooo long!!!

I used to go to spinning classes 3-4 times per week, I've given that up about 2 years ago. It's time to find my way back!!!!!



Personal Information:
I have always been a procrastinator, I start things and never finish them. I have been on SPARK off and on for about 7 years now. I won't complain, at one point when I was truly doing what I needed to do I lost 31 pounds and kept it off for about 5 years.

I find that I've sort of lost my way, I gotta stop making excuses and just do it!


Other Information:
I need to get back to the basics, at least 30 minutes a day of something...I've been in a rut for some time now and I have to claw my way out!!

Positive self talk is ALWAYS a good idea!

When poop happens, turn it into fertilizer!
