I am 29 years old, single parent, and I am tired of my frequent weight fluctuations. From this point on I am going to put an end to both my mindless and emotional eating. Enough is enough!!!
Yes we have all heard this. I am now 30 and nothing has changed. I Think taking it one step at a time is key to changing my beginning statement.

My Goals:
-lose 10 % of starting weight (206 lbs = 20.6 lbs) within 3 months
-lose 15 % of starting weight (30.9 lbs) within 6 months
-lose 30% of my starting weight before May 22, 2011 (My 30th birthday)
-learn to keep off all my weight loss for good
My Program:
I walk when I can, but since the weather has been either too hot or too wet, I workout with my wii games: My fitness coach, Wii Fit & Wii Fit Plus, occasionally Just Dance for fun (gives me a workout), and Walk it Out.
During the summer I do water aerobics, water jogging, and other water activities in my pool. I exercise and stay cool at the same time.
Most of all I try to practice healthy eating and portion control. I have been limiting my sweets intake as well as incorporate fruits and vegetables into my diet.
Personal Information:
My name is Danyelle, I currently live in Dover, Delaware with my daugther (4) and my family.
Other Information:
