In 2006 I began using Spark People and I was committed to every aspect. I lost over 50 pounds and over the last year I've gain 20 back. I have fought through injuries and a divorce but now I'm back and I need to stay committed. My goals include 4 days of cardio and 2 days of strength training this month. I'm off to a good start; however every morning seems to be a struggle just to motivate for working out.

    Thanks for stopping by! Your results are amazing! You look great! I have also been away. I just had too many things to do at once and lost focus. I am back now and ready to take charge of my progress, the weight isn't going to fall off by itself!

    Hi. My friend had gone to a running clinic that the PT clinic runs for runners. She new I was so fustrated with not having a fix for ITBS she suggested I go. I went to it and the PT woman I saw use to be the trainer for the cross country team. She gave me some advice and new tempory orthodics. We talked on the phone a few more times and she recommended the football trainer to see me. She made it happen. Vahan who is the football trainer was great. He fit me in. He also saw me a few more times to give me an at home program after we finally got the orthotics right. Well worth the $400-$500 sxpent. I would recommend going the Wisconsins website for their med center and look up there PT clinic. See if they offer a sports injury clinic. Or make an appointment with one of their sports med docs. Good luck.
