I would like to introduce myself: My name is Danielle Sease. I was born in Salem, Oregon on August 7, 1984. I was raised in a military family. My dad is retired Navy. I have not been overweight my whole life. I have fluctuated every so often. The last time I was at my ideal weight was in 2006. I did not gain the weight quickly. I gained it at a slow, but steady pace. I had a high metabolism when I was younger, and I was very active. Since the end of 2007, I stopped having an active lifestyle; however, I still ate as though I was still burning the extra calories. I was actually eating a little less than I had been. This didn't stop the weight from increasing. I eventually (more than) doubled in weight, going from 115 lbs to a whopping 238 lbs. I rarely weighed myself, and I found myself wearing more sweatpants and baggy men's t-shirts rather than jeans and other cute, "girly" clothes. On Dec. 31, 2010, I made a vow to myself to get my life back on track. I managed to drop down to 172.8 lbs by the beginning of summer 2011. WOW! I lost 65.2 lbs in less than 5 months. This accomplishment was short-lived. While it was great to lose so much weight, I lost sight of what I was doing. I stopped exercising. I started enjoying the food I was eating; too much. I gained back over half the weight I lost, leaving it at a loss of 29.6 lbs lost as of February 2013. I lost sight of my goals for almost a year, but I still managed to lose a little more weight. 2014 brought new expectations and outlooks on my life. I began working out and eating a healthy diet. The beginning of the year I was at 197.3 with a total weight loss of 40.7 lbs. I wanted to get down to approximately 145 lbs before my 30th birthday, but I only hit 159 by my birthday, 14 pounds shy, but I'm ok with it. :) I needed to lose approximately 45+lbs to be at a weight I could be proud of. I managed to kick myself into gear in July 2015. My best friend decided to join the Air Force with me. At this point I was only 2 pounds over my max weight, 152! I needed to be 10 pounds under my max in order for our recruiter to file the paperwork and get me a contract for enlistment. I would prefer to lose about 15-20 more pounds to ensure I am under my max, and I am physically fit. I am at my max weight. I will still focus on losing more fat and gaining more muscle. In May, I was selected for Officer Training School. I accepted their offer to become a Financial Officer.

My goal is to lose another 50-60 lbs by the new year. I want to be healthy, and out-going. I would love to be more active in the community. I want to join the USN.

My Program:
I bought two workout dvds that I plan to follow at least 5 days a week (maybe alternating the dvds each day).
