I have been what I like to call an on-n-of-rr. I am on spark for a while and then I am off. I am working hard to become a permanent on-r. I started with the goal of just logging in every day. Quickly I was able to make this a habit. However, there are still some days that I don't make it onto the computer. I did discover that my phone has the spark app so I downloaded this two days ago so I have no excuse for not at least logging on.

Second I added the goal of logging my food at least 3 days each week. I have succeeded at this goal since the first of this year. I have now upped this goal to be at least five times a week. My ultimate goal is to log my food 7 days a week. I feel this is very attainable now with my phone app.

I still struggle with exercise. I have a hard time making time for exercise. I know that this is the key to success in my journey. I also know that this is just another habit that I need to make.

My goal for this area is to exercise at least three times each week for one month. At the accomplishment of this goal I will be buying myself a new shirt.

Drink plenty of water
Reward myself for reaching my mini-goals

I am 31 and happily married living in Kansas. My wonderful husband and I have a 13 year old son, 3 dogs, and a beautiful daughter that was born in June 2009.

Other Information:
My biggest weakness is Chinese food. Why does orange chicken have to taste so good?
