Introduction Text I am the happy wife of Mike Jones! Not the rapper, just the Ironworker. We were married on May 10, 2008. The whole day was so perfect- just like being married. Just kidding, but we are so happy. We have been very fortunate and work very hard to be in the place we are right now. Somedays I wake up and can't believe how blessed I am... Then I go out in the world and try to help someone else feel that way too. "Less then one-tenth of 1% of the world's population has ever dared to run a distance of a 1/2 marathon or greater." I snagged this from another Spark Runner. I joined that small population on September 28, 2008! I wonder what the percentage is for marathon runners... Because now I am one! I even have the tattoo to prove it. "Train the distance to race the distance." Half Marathon- Here I come! And there I went! I smashed my goal time of 2 1/2 hours and came in at 2:15:05! WooHoo! I can't stop now! (By that, I mean that I can't stop beating my time. How does 2:07:14 sound? Pretty good to me!)

I ran a full marathon in Detroit this year! Who knows what my next fitness goal will be... Bikini-clad fitness photos maybe...

I am turning into a runner! I used to hate running of any kind, but am finding a passion and calmness in the sport that I have found very addicting. I am a Jazzerciser!! I went to the class because it was the only fitness program in my town. Now, I am hooked and have joined back up in my new town.

I never go running without my pearls on!
