Continue to enjoy SparkPeople and all the friends I have made through the years. All settled in my new little home and I have lovely neighbors. Active in the Senior Centers available. Exercising regularly and always record those nutrition numbers daily. Wishing success to us all!


2019

well I am less weight than last year but not everything I wanted to accomplish. So proud to have so many Spark People friends and motivators. Just moved to a new location and getting organized ....after that I need to get back on a regular exercise routine. Summertime will also add water exercises with the pool available to where I now live.


2018

Starting a new commitment for my health. New goals and exercise plans.


2017

Now I'm 71 and last year I lost 34 pounds. Extending my Year of the Roc ...

2016

Turned 70 on January 1st ... this extra weight makes for a challenge so I need to work on myself this year ... Year of the ROC ....WOOHOO ...

2015

After a rough 6 months of medical problems I am getting back on track.

Stay strong and stay on track in 2015!

2014

Starting another year of SparkPeople. It is a daily struggle but I've had losses every year since joining -- which is good! I want to be more dedicated to a healthy lifestyle and achieve success in losing more pounds.

2013
Love to Spark .... I have met so many new friends throughout the past 2 years. I'm starting off this year with my Fitbit attached daily to encourage me to do that extra bit to get fit every day. I am setting more goals to achieve in 2013.


2012 -- Going Strong
I have turned 66 and in 2011 I definitely got in better shape and condition .... I will continue going to the Y to exercise as much as I can .... golly, it sure was nice seeing the lower weight on that scale this year from last year's weight. Sure makes a person feel great!
Going to keep positive and keep on losing !!



2011 - Win/Win
I am going to get this weight off with the help of all my Spark Friends & Teams ... I just turned 65 and want to be in better shape and condition by the time I hit the big ole 66 ... I really believe this site will definitely help me attain my goals ...
