    I am not a creature of habit so to answer your question about how often I do the DVD, maybe once a week. I love it though as I like to use the scripture affirmations.

    My idea of exercise is to mix it up otherwise I get tired of it and quit. I have a Wii and do the sports, fit, and dance programs. I do the Spark strength training suggestions 3x's a week. Then I try to walk 3-4 times per week and those vary from 1.5 mi to 3 mi. depending on weather and what else I've been doing that day. I also snowshoe which is over now that the snow is melting, but soon will be hiking this summer with a group of women.

    As far as losing weight, I have only lost 5 pounds and have lost an inch or two from my waist in the three and a half months I have been participating. I feel frustrated about that but there are good things happening. I am feeling much better (used to have achy fibromyalgia type pains), I have more energy, I am eating right and drinking my 8 + glasses of water a day, but most importantly, I am developing healthy habits. When a day goes by that I don't exercise, I feel awful about it and want to get right back on track. Not so in the past, so that is huge for me!
