I saw your comment concerning mammograms. PLEASE reconsider. I get one every year. In 2006 I was 51 and I went for my annual mammo and it showed cancer. It was not a lump that could be felt. It may not have ever developed into a lump that could be felt with BSE. Because my cancer was caught soooo early, my prognosis for a long and healthy life are excellent. I asked my doctor "why me when I had done things right all my life (breast fed my kids, ate healthy) and he said because I did those things right including my regular mammogram, they caught this very early before it had invaded too much of my breast tissue. I encourage you to talk to your doctor about ways to make the mammogram more comfortable for you. I take aleve an hour before I go. If caught early, you have soooo many more options for a good outcome. Thanks for listening to me on my soap box. Take care. 3821 days ago
