    Thanks for the comment on my blog.
    To answer your question, I feel terrific. When I first started, I used the C25k program to increase my running. I was a runner prior to gaining the weight, and wanted to get back to it. It's very empowering knowing that your body can do what you want it do after you work so hard for it.
    Although I can run about 3.5 miles straight, without walking, I really enjoy doing the running splits. Right now, I do 5/5 splits, and I go for over an hour. Far cry from when I first started! But, I never gave up. I have a goal in sight and want to keep going until I reach it.
    You just have to keep going.
