    Thanks! Thursday was a really difficult day for me, but things have gotten better since then. I've had a lot going on in my life the last four weeks, hoping to find the time to update everyone with a blog tomorrow.

    I haven't actually ever done the 30 Day Shred on a daily basis. I just do it whenever I don't have time to go to the gym, or just want to do something a little different. I've never really liked workout DVDs, but it's the best one I've ever done. It definitely gets your heart pumping and will make you sore the next day!

    No worries! You may have a completely different experience with it than I did. I definitely felt it worthwhile when doing it last July, and I intend to do it for another month later this year. You do work up a great sweat and engage your entire body!
