    Saw you joined the Living Binge Free team. We work on managing the binge urge more than on losing weight, though most of our long term members do lose. We don't necessarily use the trackers, since they are often triggers for disordered eaters, but we support anything that leads to sustainable habits. Most of our successful members have found that having some kind of routine in their eating habits is the best foundation to being able to resist urges since we know we aren't really missing out on any important eating. We are being fed very adequately! And the body has its stores, which we are in favor of tapping in to. Weight loss can't happen without that! But sane eating is primary. emoticon

    Hi, I am doing fine thanks for asking my friend.
    How are you doing? How is the Body Beast challenge going?
    I have never heard of it. What do you do with that?
    Are you liking it so far? I am in the BLC28 this year.
    I'm on the Pink Vikings group. The ladies are sweet.
    The exercises really do kick your butt!
    However, It is a much needed boost for my workout.
    Other than that I have been job hunting.
    As well as spending time with family and Chris (my boyfriend).
    He is so sweet. We have been going out for almost 9 months now.
    I am going to go for now. Have a good day sister!
