I've been overweight since my teen years but have never tried to do anything about it. The pounds have been consistantly increasing since I was 16 with the only times they've gone down being after each of my children was born (can't blame my weight on having gone through three pregnancies).

It wasn't a new year resolution but it was in January this year that I decided something had to give. I have arthritis, hypertension, elevated blood sugar, and sleep apnea. I'm not all about healthy lifestyle but I do want to train myself to eat healthier and exercise enough to get the weight off and keep it off so these problems will improve or even hopefully go away.

My Goals:
200 lb - mani/pedi

175 - start buying new clothes

My Program:
I will consume 3 meals and 2-3 snacks daily within my 1200-1500 calorie target range. I will consume at least 5 servings of fruits and veggies daily. I will track all calorie intake. I will drink at least 4 glasses of water daily. I will exercise at least 15 minutes/day 5x/week.

Other Information:
I spend most of my non-sleeping time playing on the computer. I'm a badge ho on club pogo and am addicted to RPG's (currently waiting for the Diablo ladder to reset). I also read a lot. Don't care much for TV but will watch CSI, Law & Order, and good comedy.
