    HI! I saw your support request. It sounds like you are going through a "harder I work the slower I go" stage.
    Weight varies daily. Do you weigh yourself the same time every day? Sometimes the more I concentrate on what I should eat the more I want what I shouldn't eat. If you are tracking your food, review it and like celiaminer said you may find the sodium is causing water weight...

    Cydney, saw your support request on Virginia Sparkers. Hope you can hang in there till you stabilize in your program. Is salt an issue for you? It is for me, and when I made a concerted effort to keep it below 2300 mg daily (usually much less than that), I stopped having big fluctuations in my weight day-to-day. Just a thought.
