Thanks for the goodie.. As for me being a workout fiend... Lol not so much. I have simple but non negotiable rules for my exercise. 20 minutes a day no matter what. And have added "do something, everyday no excuses with my strength training. The strength training was huge for me to start. It took a year of no misses with my 20 minutes a day for me to realize I could do "something" everyday. My strength training takes 1-5 minutes depending on what I am doing. I track it on a calendar so I can quickly see my progress, and what the body part is for the day. 2913 days ago
