Begin again, no matter how many times you need to.

Start where you are, use what you have, do what you can.

Conquering stress may seem easier in some ways, with the wisdom gained over my many years, but hormonal changes threw much of that, out the window.

A new strategy is required.

This is a much like a game. Seeing what will will work and what will not.
You can do all the old tricks just right, but that only worked when you were a younger version.
It takes patience, perseverance, commitment and the ability to get up when knocked down, over and over and over again.

Think you are doing OK? Boom! Injury, sickness, death of a loved one.
Or maybe you take care of everyone else and need to do something for yourself.

Get up. Go again, even if it takes you awhile.

Lean on God, your spark friends and the very depths of your soul.

Remember where you came from and who you are.

I am up for another round.

    My Dear Friend,
Once in a while someone comes along,
someone who just naturally makes everyone
feel a little happier, a little more alive to life.
You've been that someone to me.
You've given me a new perspective on
a lot of things - including myself.
There are things you've said to me I'll
always remember and ways you've helped
me I'll never forget. The times we spend
together are always good times that leave me
looking forward to the next time.
So thanks for being the wonderful person you are.
You're an inspiration to me and I'm very glad
    and grateful to know you.
    Love, Teresa

Thank you for stopping by my page. I appreciate you and your friendship. I should find out something about the MRI next week. I figure it can't be to urgent otherwise I would have already heard something. Please stay safe during this time of Irene. I hope she doesn't hit to hard. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

I had such a great time geocaching with you today! I can't wait to do it again. I do have a blister on each of my feet though. Blah. But it was SO worth it. This was such a great experience for us to have together. I hope you have a great night and a great day tomorrow. Love you! ttyl. emoticon emoticon emoticon

Hi Mom! I had SO much fun with you this afternoon. Maybe we can do a walk tomorrow. I was going to suggest that we do the geocache at bryan park, but I noticed everyone was saying that someone stole the cache box and that all of the contents and log book were in a baggy on the ground and all slimy. So maybe I can find another one near us. I actually think I might have noticed a posting for one in maymont. I'll check and let you know. I love you. ttyl. emoticon emoticon
