Well, once upon a time, long, long ago in the state of Virginia, I logged into and joined Sparkpeople. I was already involved with Weight Watchers and meeting my goals! I was kicking butt and taking names in the morning. I lost a total of 83# and was feeling quite good about myself.

Then, my prayers were answered. My estranged husband returned home. I was still doing well...

Until.... (insert suspense music here) I ended up pregnant! It was definitely NOT expected. We were preventing it. But, there I was staring at 2 lines. I have a picture posted here on my page of my and my husband when I was about 4 weeks pregnant.

But..... I gained most of it back. I weigh more now than I did the day I delivered our most unexpected blessing over 2 years ago. So..... I am back at it! Restarted New Year's Day...

And this time, my husband and I are both sterilized so there won't be a pregnancy to mess it up. LOL

I wish you all luck on your journey for better health. And ask you keep me in prayer as I once again travel on this all familiar road.

Fitness Minutes: 384

My Goals:
First goal.... down 10#s by my anniversary (1/15/2011)

Second goal.... Lose my first 10% by Valentine's day

Third goal..... 50#s gone by my mommy meet up mid-July

Fourth goal.... weigh less than my husband by our anniversary 2012.


My Program:
Sparkpeople food tracker, lots of water, joined the YMCA, had orientation and received a personalized work-out program, signed up for the Y's Fit 4 Life.



Personal Information:
Having been a military wife twice over, I am not sure I remember where I am from anymore. hehe
I have travelled across the US and been out of the country. I hate the cold. I despise snow. I LOVE summer and beaches!

    Hey! Glad you found me =) I basically joined a gym and have been exercising (classes including zumba, step, strength training, etc.) about 3x a week. As a result, I have just been motivated to eat better and track EVERYTHING! It is the only way I can do this, I know that! I started the first week of December, and have already lost about 11 pounds. Not too bad for the hardest day of the year, right? =) My problem is ALWAYS sticking with it though...I do so well until I stop tracking, caring, etc. But definitely let's motivate each other! I hope to get down to 145 (that's 50 pounds loss) by September(ish) I believe. After that, I would try to aim for 125, which puts me in the "healthy" zone. But for now, getting out of the obese zone is my only goal. I'd like to lose at least 5 lbs. per month...but as long as I'm losing at any rate I will be happy. I will try to get on MT, but it logged me out and I can't remember my username =( Well good luck! I know you can do it, let's hope I can too! =)
