Introduction Text Let's talk about me.... I live in Guelph, Ontario and love it here. In our sparetime Daryl and I are competitive BBQ Cookers, we compete in BBQ Competitions in Ontario and in the USA, and are having a blast. Our Team Name is Q'n Canucks. We love food.. maybe a bit to much.. so now I am looking for the balance... Exercise.... I need to find out what I really like to do.... years ago I did like the aqua fit classes so I may check it out again.. Got the Wii so I will try to put that into action.
