    Thanks for your comment on my blog. I found the information very useful. I can't keep track of all the biochemicals, neurotransmitters, hormones, and etc. that influence our progress along our weightloss journey. I started reading one of Dr. Oz's books and he talks about the pathways of how hunger is turned off and on by all that, and, maybe it's age, maybe it's just me, but I can never seem to remember all that.
