Hi I am a mother of three wonderful children (a boy and two girls) and I have decided it is time to loose the weight I gained when I was pregnant these guys. I just adjusted my goal weight because I think I am 24 years older than I was at college. (not to mention 3 kids farther along). My goal is to look like Barbara Eden. I have always loved her Jeannie character.

My Goals:
To loose the extra weight I have gained over the years - I saw a picture of myself that was scary to think I did not seem that bad - but now I don't want to be the "BIG" sister anymore just the oldest sister. (I can deal with the age thing now that we all quit aging 20 years ago)
My Program:
I walk alot at work and do lifting so that is the base of my exercise - the rest is to keep up with three kids, also make household chores into exercise, and try to get up to do some sort of concentrated exercise in the morning. I also try to keep my calories below 1200 a day.
