Introduction Text Hello..new here...my CW is 243..and my GW is 175...but i need to loose 30-40 lbs by 09-02-06 for my wedding dress...need to be in a size 16...wish me luck...and feel free to offer me any ideas... CW as of 05-19 : 240 CW as of 06-14-06...243lbs..gained 3lbs back CW as of 06-27-06 239lbs....lost 4lbs lost three inches from my waist since 02-2006 CW as of 07-30-06 235 lbs...previous to to that i had gained 3lbs...i was down to 239 06-27-06...and a couple of weeks later i gained back 3lbs and went back up to 242lbs... recently i did a one day fast to break the plateau and the week of 07-21-06 i had lost the 3lbs i gained plus an additional 4 lbs...total of 7lbs... CW as of 08/18/06....229 down 6 more lbs ****HOW I BREAK/BROKE THE PLATEAU'S*** if you want to know how i lost that 7lbs...send me an email at ..lakishaf25@yahoo.com...
