Board Posts CW is 243..and my GW is 175...but i need to loose 30-40 lbs by 09-02-06 for my wedding dress...need to be in a size 16...wish me luck...and feel free to offer me any ideas...

CW as of 06-14-06...243lbs..gained 3lbs back
CW as of 06-27-06 239lbs....lost 4lbs
lost three inches from my waist since 02-2006
CW as of 07-30-06 235 lbs...previous to to that i had gained 3lbs...i was down to 239 06-27-06...and a couple of weeks later i gained back 3lbs and went back up to 242lbs... recently i did a one day fast to break the plateau and the week of 07-21-06 i had lost the 3lbs i gained plus an additional 4 of 7lbs...

    So, if you don't mind me asking how tall you are and how much you weigh right now.......not to mention your age. I have a good reason for asking not trying to be mean.

    I'm thinking depending on your size going down so far is going to be not as sexy as you think. When I was 22 I started dieting in a big way.....excercised and everything else. But, as I lost weight I lost my perky breast, my nicely perky rear end(yes it was not, and I started getting dimples in every place and then the cottage cheese look.....I looked so much better when I was bigger because my skin was tight and I would wear little skirts and I do mean little....low cut shirts is not saying how low they were. I would dress like a prostitute now that I think about it. "BUT, IT WAS A HOT PROSTITUTE." LOL
    I'm just saying I am all for a healthy lifestyle and eating healthy and excercising....but dieting I don't think you should do it. I am so not a good person right now.....I'm supposed to support not do this....but I am telling you right now from experience that if you just start eating healthier and excercising more than you do now. You will be what you and your husband are interested in and keep your curvacious body. I wish I would have been told this before I did all my dieting. You are a beautiful woman and could probably make some areas more muscular but I would not suggest significant weightloss unless you want to get some plastic surgery.

    You know damn well you are cute. You hold yourself very well and are if you don't mind me saying it a very sexy woman who has not decided that the fact that you are not a stick and can hoolahoop through a cheerio, you are a natural curvy bodacious and voluptious woman that will walk out in confindence with sexy clothes on. I don't see any stomach hanging out and your legs look does your soon to be hubby feel about you losing your curvacious body?

    You know the first to go is your chest and your rear end......I will tell you from experience and I'm white so it was not funny to lose what little I had in the first

    I am sorry it took me awhile to respond to you comment you left on my page thanks for the comment. Well I will be posting today my week workout goals for this week. I haven't been keeping up with my workout and eating right in awhile and decided to jump back in to the groove ot things. I change my workouts so I dont get bored to death. I walk 15-18 miles a week. Pilates helpe to shape up my hips and thighs even thou I still have more to do but, just looking at my butt and hips come back was omg wonderful lol, I do yoga, kick boxing, ballet yoga, abs on the ball, weight training , pilate cardio with weights. I lot more but, those is a bit of what I do it changes every week if you want to do this week workout its on my sparkspage. Wishing you the best of luck in your weight lost journey congrats on how far you have come. I will add you to my friends list and check up on your progress. Keep in touch.:)

    Crvylady, I just wanted to tell you that you are very pretty right now.....I'm sure that if you reach your goal weight that it will only help you to achieve mental beauty......because I see all your pics and I think your pretty in all of them.

    Also, welcome to the's really a cool site and has very helpful women on here.

    Oh, and I got married on Sept. 15 and I'll be hitting my 3 year point this year. I've been with my husband now for almost 9 years so yes we took our time. Sometimes I guess that's better. Some people say that it isn't.....but you can't fake being yourself for 5 you know that you know someone by then.
