LOSE TO CRUISE!!


I am 42 and love to cruise & eat! I am a yo-yo dieter - lose 25-30 lbs, then go on a cruise, eat too much and continue eating until the next holiday gets closer. I have to stop this vicious cycle! I think I am a food addict and feel very ashamed that I have not been able to control myself. I would like to lose a minimum of 50 lbs by October 4th for my next cruise. I have a number of medical conditions which makes it difficult for me to exercise - especially attending a gym. I hope to start ...

    I'm a cruiseaholic also. My name is Sarah, but everyone calls me Sassy. I have about the same goal as you. I have about 50 lbs to lose by my 30 yr anniversary cruise in November. I'm a travel agent (home based) and I always have some groups going out. Maybe we can take a cruise together someday and celebrate our new smaller selves.
