My Goals:
Big Goal, lose down to between 130-120, I'm short, so this is actually a little higher than the national charts say I should weigh. Shorter term Goal, lose down to 166, this is where I was last time I lost before a regain in 2019. Small goal, lose 5 pounds and get back into One-derland!!
My Program:
Lots of walking, PT for my shoulder and slowly adding in other strength training. Trying to add strength training 5x per week, but starting out with 3, starting small and working my way up!
