Introduction Text Love to cross stitch, read, garden, travel .I love all animals ,especially dogs. I am 6 ft. tall so that is a good thing If I was 6"4 I wouldn't have to lose weight. This is a great gateway to losing weight or the fact that we can write things down and have a visual. I'm married 30 years to a wonderful man, have to grown daughters. My parents are still here and I have 4 brothers and sisters and one brother deceased from diabetes . He was 53 . Only gone 3 years. That's enough to get some incentive . Sooooooooo here I go.. There are a bunch of friends of mine who get together every week to weigh in and have dinner . Hope it works.. Good luck guys.
