My Goals:
My goal is to be more disciplined and follow through with this new weight loss mission I'm starting! Hopefully doing it together with some friends will help me stick to it!!


My Program:
 First Goal:
-Water only (and coffee)
-No Smoking
-Work out 3-4 times a week
-Track EVERYTHING!
-Lose 10 lbs a month till by birthday!


Personal Information:
I'm just a girl trying to be a better me!

Love being around friends and family!
I love love!
And I LOVE, LOVE, Love the Beach!!


Other Information:
 More Sweat Now = Less Jiggle Later!

    Girl it is all we can do. One day at a time! If I know I screwed up, well tomorrow is a brand day. I have been off the wagon for way to long and it was time to get back on. So here I am, and I am glad it encourages others to jump back on too.

    I miss you too girlie.. Let me know when is good for you. Of course after yesterday, I won't be spending 4 hours in the pool at one time again LOL Besides, we will need to plan our SUMMER PICNIC SOON..
