I started this journey back in October 2010, and I'm here to finish it! So far, I've lost a total of about 37lbs, and I need to lose at least 70 more. I've enlisted the help of a personal trainer, Justin, and a good friend of mine to help me continue on my journey. I normally make it to the gym AT LEAST 5 times a week, but I shoot for 6 or 7 days. My days are filled in the classroom and my nights are filled at the gym!

Right now, I follow a workout routine set up for me by my trainer. I usually do more than required. Here it is:

Workout 1:
4 sets of 15: crunches
4 sets of 15: ab muscles (don't know what the machine is called)
4 sets of 12: leg lifts **just added

45 minutes-1 hour (bumping my cardio day up) of cardio (15 of treadmill (with extra 15 on treadmill if doing an hour), 30 on elliptical bike)

Workout 2:

4 sets of 12: crunches
4 sets of 12: ab muscles (don't know what the machine is called)
4 sets of 12: leg lifts **just added
4 sets of 15: leg presses (all on 50lbs)
4 sets of 15: lateral pull down
4 sets of 15: chest presses

45 minutes of cardio**just added

--begin doing 2 hours of exercise daily
--drink at least 64oz of water a day
--eat a healthy diet

Long term:

--lost 130lbs.
--become a healthy, happy adult
--live a more active lifestyle
