When they say that after the second kid it is harder "they" are not joking. I gained 100lbs with my first son and lost it by his first birhday. My second son will be two in May and I am still struggling with the last 35lbs of the 80lbs that I gained with him.

The struggle with my weight is really crazy to me...I have been as small as 163lb and I remember thinking I was big. I think it is my numbers in weight being tall and having solid legs I can carry extra weight easy but being around other women who were always smaller in numbers made me feel big. I have a slim waist and big legs and honestly once I hit the low 180's people tend to tell me I am looking small...

I want a toned physique and lose me obession with the numbers on the scale...

My Goals:
1st Goa *updatedl: get to pre-pregnancy weight of 2nd pregnancy 191lb

2nd Goal: get to pre-pregnancy weight of 1st pregnancy 177lb

Long Term Goal: 165lbs


My Program:
My objective is to get in cardio 4x's a week and strength training 2x's a week. I work really hard on my legs so I generally don't do any cardio on leg day...

I eat 1700 to 2200 calories a day and I don't eliminate any food group...I am working to achieve balance...



Personal Information:
I have been married for seven years. I have two boys and a step-son. I hate seperating him like that but is clears up any confusion...

I am a accountant for an architectural firm and I am currently enrolled in a master's program.


Other Information:
I am a veteran of the US Army so I have a pretty good workout ethic...so my focus is generally on my diet as it is easy for me to workout...I use it to relieve tension...
