    Welcome to SparkPeople, to Cholesterol Support and to I Need Sleep (teams I am also on). This program works if you work the program. Track all your food intake, track your water intake and try to drink all 8 glasses a day, and track your exercise (walking counts). I also found it helpful if when I ate I added how I was feeling and the time of day when I was eating. It really helped with my emotional eating as I was able to see patterns and once I knew what they were I then started working on those. Take each day as it comes but the most important thing is to have fun while doing it! Enjoy! Jenna
