I'm a 33 year old wife and mother of 2 boys (5yrs and 3 yrs.) I am a Kindergarten teacher who also teaches voice lessons at an area high school.

I struggled with weight my whole life, and then esp. the last few years of college and then got in shape in time to get pregnant. Gained a ton with my first baby, lost most of it, and gained another ton with my second, and didn't lose much at all. Now that he's 3 1/2 , the depression of being so big has finally pushed me to do something about it.

I am confident that this is the right thing to do, and I am determined to make this work. With God, all things are possible!

    April, I notice that you don't post on the group as often as you use to and I wanted to make sure everything is okay with you? I miss seeing you around and reading your stories about your class and the kids. How is your back and everything from the accident?

    I'm a little diet rock, As cute as I can be.
    Although I'm sweet to look at, I'm both fat and sugar free.
    When you get up each morning, Lift me high in the air, and set me on the floor 10 times, before sitting on your chair.
    Please place me on the table, at the place you plan to eat. Then remember that I'm watching, What you do and what you eat.
    When you are serving your plate, Please leave my section free, and I'll reduce the calories, by the space you leave for me.
    After you have eaten, although I'm just a rock, Please slip me in your pocket and take me for a walk.
    If you do this faithfully, then in a month or two, Although I'll be just the same you'll be a slimmer "YOU"
