1. Become healthier

4. Become more fit

My Program:
 1. Keep the food diary to see the real story.
2. Do some physical activity 5 days per week - aiming for 20+ minutes
3. Examine where I spend my day & re-evaluate what's important.

55 years old, wife & Mom of two.
Hospital Chaplain.
Bible college student.
Home manager.


Other Information:
 Like papercrafts & reading. Wondering why I gave up the piano. Enjoy the challenge of school.
I met the challenge of bilateral hip replacements and pain med withdrawl..I should be able to do anything!
