Hmmm, where to start.

I am too old to tell you my age, nah.......i will be 61 my next birthday.
I am married to my wonderful hubby, Al. This last April 3, we celebrated 34 years together. A blink of an eye.

We have two wonderful kids, Mark (31) now married to the beautiful Ana, and Sarah (26). a wonderful mom to her daughter, Aria Jeanne (almost 2)

We live in southern Maine. I work as an RN in a skilled nursing facility just over the line in NH. I can't believe i've been there over 30 years. Time flies.

I'm a diabetic on insulin. I've joined spark to get some support and as a place to track my progress. Hope to meet some great new folks along the way.

Other Information:
"When Things Go Wrong"

When things go wrong as they sometimes will,
When the road you are trudging seems all uphill,
When the funds are low and the debts are high,
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh,

When care is pressing you down a bit,
Rest, if you must, but do not quit.
Life is queer with its twists and turns,
As everyone of us sometimes learns,
And many a failure turns about,
When he might have won had he stuck it out.

Don't give up though the pace seems slow -
You may succeed with another blow.
Success is failure turned inside out,
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt.

And you never can tell how close you are,
It may be near when it seems so far.
So stick to the fight when you're hardest hit -
It's when things seem worst that you must not quit.
