    Thanks for commenting on my blog! I have picked up intermittent fasting this year as a way to improve my insulin sensitivity, decrease my overall calories, and generally try to better understand my eating habits. My major reference for this is Brad Pilon who wrote the book Eat Stop Eat his blog is at www.bradpilon.com where you can find quite a lot of his information on fasting. I fast for 21-22 hours starting after dinner one night (7pm) and ending late afternoon the next day (4-5pm). It has been working extremely well for me on all counts. I would be glad to discuss this in detail with you through sparkmail if you have any other questions about it!
